Sketch Rendering Options

<T>I have been trying to render a perspective and I started with some settings hence the dark image (of course I forgot to write them down), and after trying to correct some of the problems that are annoying, I've lost my original settings. (I have created my custom settings in the sketch presets, but now what I'm rendering doesn't look the same, because I'd obvioulsy made changes from that set....compounding problem!) Does any one have any foolproof (or nearly) settings for getting a rendered sketch that looks nearly hand rendered in pen and ink with shadings of pencil? here's where I started....
Preset: Hand_Sketch_Pen_&_Ink
BasicTabPage:
LineStyle: 02_Pen&Ink
LineColorMode: 2 [2-CUSTOM, 1-ELEMENT, 0-STYLE]:
Red: 73 [0 - 255]
Green: 73 [0 - 255]
Blue: 73 [0 - 255]
Hatching: ON [ON/OFF]
Shadow: ON [ON/OFF]
EndTabPage
EnhancementsTabPage:
Antialiasing: 4 [0 - 4]
AirPerspective: 70 [0 - 100]
PaperRoughness: 100 [0 - 100]
AlphaForRoughness: OFF [ON/OFF]
EndTabPage
LineTabPage:
Thickness: 18 [0 - 100]
Distortion: 20 [0 - 100]
Overstretch: 10 [-50 - 50]
EndTabPage
HatchTabPage:
Thickness: 17 [0 - 100]
Distortion: 6 [0 - 100]
Overstretch: 3 [-50 - 50]
ClarifyRemoteArea: ON [ON/OFF]
ClarifyRemoteAreaLevel: 40 [0 - 100]
EndTabPage
ShadowTabPage:
Thickness: 13 [0 - 100]
Distortion: 4 [0 - 100]
Overstretch: 4 [-50 - 50]
Darkness: 30 [0 - 100]
Spacing: 3 [0 - 100]
EndTabPage
EndPreset

this set is coming out way too light.

I attached the file that was too dark and the lines on the porch railings were too heavy, though the body of the house and the shadows looked good to me....any help?</T>
