this is maybe the wrong forum (rendering and presentation will be better)&lt;BR /&gt;
but I will try to help: &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
1. the "catalog window" should be open. normally it is located under the preview. if not, make it visible&lt;BR /&gt;
2. the catalog window consists of two parts: left side to brows the folders, right side with preview of shaders/pictures/objects&lt;BR /&gt;
3. switch to shader mode if not visible. &lt;BR /&gt;
4. drag a new shader folder from windows explorer directly into browser part of catalog window. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
this is only possible with drag and drop, no menu command!&lt;BR /&gt;
you have to do it separately for objects, pictures and shaders, even if it is the same folder. &lt;BR /&gt;
the settings are saved when you save your file and close artlantis. ( if you shut it down with task manager, in this case next time the shader will not be visible). &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
have a look at the tutorial section on the artlantis website. you can learn a lot there. &lt;BR /&gt;
