Object not rendered properly

I have downloaded the object from arcieve3d.net, the people and body parts folder, When I render that it is coming as grey with shining,
I changed the color also from settings, still it is not coming.
Here is the downloaded model and the image.

The archicad objects on that site are just 3DS conversions to GSM format. Some of them aren't converted properly or have missing textures or whatever.

However you can just easily download the 3DS file from the same site and convert it yourself in archicad using the 3D studio in goodie ( https://graphisoft.com/downloads/goodies ). This might get things working.

Hello Roopa A,

You have to create BMan0004 surface into your file.
It must be a LCF file to include the right surface.
