samsung,

That is not my rendering. It is a link to one of my favorite renderings.

I made that image showing ArchiCAD 777 as a joke, trying to be clever about showing what the perfect ArchiCAD (ArchiCAD777) would be like.
To me, the perfect ArchiCAD would have a V-Ray rendering engine so we could make renderings like the one in the link.

It only makes sense to a person who would also understand a name like ArchiCAD666 as representing software from hell.

henery_use_archicad makes the comment "what da'hell is ArchiCad 777s' V Ray rendering?" He gets it. His joke is even more subtle.

In some cultures, the number 777 represents the a symbol of perfection or Heaven in the same way that the number 666 represents the opposite. Evil or Hell. Please forgive my feeble attempt to be funny.

Personally, the rendering software I use is Art*Lantis R.
It is very, very fast and can generate good quality renderings.
However, for those times when you need a truly outstanding, hi-quality, hi-res, photorealistic image, you need to use a rendering engine like V-Ray, Mental Ray, or Maxwell.

I was just wishing we could get something like that in ArchiCAD 10.

Since 1979 <LINK_TEXT text="http://www.imdb.com/gallery/mptv/1382/M ... ey=0078721">http://www.imdb.com/gallery/mptv/1382/Mptv/1382/9503_0017.jpg?path=gallery&path_key=0078721</LINK_TEXT> the number "10" has also been recognized around the world as a reference to the "perfect".

ArchiCAD 10 should be the "perfect" ArchiCAD. It wont be, but then neither was she. She represents the idea of the "perfect 10". A perfect symbol for ArchiCAD 10.

If I were in charge at Graphisoft I would put Bo on the box instead of that building-like thing thing they use now with that ugly color. (which end is up on that thing anyway?)

No. Not a plug in. It's fantasy. The perfect ArchiCAD would have a rendering engine for making super hi-res renderings too, so I wouldn't have to buy additional software.

but some cultures will also argue that 666 is actually a misrepresentation of 999 the real number for hell, because the number 666 appears in dreams, but numbers in dreams are said to appear backwards and upside down. thus making 999 appear as 666
Thanks Steve,
How about this, the title design for AC9
http://www.fodagroup.com/fodaV4_home.htm
He has used LW...maybe...

Anyway rendering is nowadays too good, that means, McDonald hamburger effect....real hamburger looks stupid compared to hamburger in the picture.

This compay uses LW.
