Creating Water for a Pool

Can anybody give me some advice on creating water inside of a pool. I have attached a picture of some work i saw on the web. I was wondering if i can get some lights to reflect under water like how they have it in this pic. Thanks in advance for the help you guys.

3) optional - fly to Calgary and attend Dwight's Seminar on Thursday, March 16

And what those things help you do is model the CONTEXT, so that the surface operates like water and the underwater lighting operates like lighting in water should.

What you can't do is create diffraction - LightWorks doesn't do that.

or find a water you like from another pool or lake and paste in your picture..
