As noted... 3D open in Archicad, TM started, no connection... cannot update the model, cannot relink the Direct link, cannot import Direct link...

Interestingly… I have installed the 2023.1 preview, and there the live connection works. Will try to uninstall and reinstall 2022.2.3 and see what happens…

and speaking of support… Graphisoft could do worse than see how TM does support. Talking about the setup. Clear and easy to navigate portal, quick followup. While this here is a form of support, sharing advice is one thing, regardless of the quality of the advice, and providing professional tech support by the vendor is another game altogether. Been there, done both.
