Import Images into Artlantis

I am running Archicad 9 with Artlantis 4.5.......... I want to bring in new landscape images either in .tif or .tga. (I have both)

I tried loading them in a billboard (BB) file but nothing shows up.

Can anyone tell me how to do this as the images do not show up in the Artlantis billboard files? How do I load them? Thanks in advance.
