Archisite was an old landscape plugin for archicad similar to ArchiTerra. If i remember correctly from version 5. It was developed by pracSys a hungarian company as an addon to Archicad. I believe it was on of the reasons why there was a command "copy to 6" in archicad 6.5. Then they developed Prosite and that's all i know.
WOW, your renderings are EXCELLENT!!!!!! Lighting is great. Please give some details. Are you modeling completely in AC?

What are you rendering with?

Mac or PC?

Great images! IMO probably some of the best posted on this forum.
I suggest to make them rendering of the month on the Graphisoft pages. Finally a non-Art*lantis rendering

I'm sorry to say, but these are among the best ArchiCAD-modelled renderings I ever saw! Congratulations!

Image 1,2,3 and 5 - Very very good.

A tremendous amount of work, well worth a page or two with explainations regarding techniques, time spent and perhaps ballpark numbers representing money spent by client/earned by artist.

Does this represent professional work and not just a few entrys into a contest?

It is significant because it points to the importance of realistic rendering styles. The lobby image is great not only for the rendering quality but also for the quality of the interior design.

If I were only a janitor, I really would not mind polishing that floor each night. Great work!

I have been trying to light my scenes to get this effect for years...with no luck. Does Vray for 3D Studio help to have for lighting issues?

not only 3D MAX and not only Vray can help you for that type of results

but for me MAX and Vray is easy and fastest solution

but have too LightWave the best render and GI solution on the world for that moment only LightWave have real 256bit render

ok Second is MentalRay really good and provisional intro Softimage XSI Mray show all the power

you can use MentalRay wit MAYA and MAX too but wit small options

i test Mray and LightWave is good but Vray is Faster many time faster solution and Vray have some things who MRay Light Wave Brasil and other not have

NON LIMIT POLYGON RENDER is really impressive for Architectural rendering you really can render what you want

Cinema4D is not bad render too but is slower one .(

and is the Chip solution wit Vray advance you get distributed render for 10PC that is Power

i am Happy of my one Vray license ,)))

Burginger link is good one

you can check too
www.cgarchitect.com
www.cgtalk.com
http://www.highend3d.com/

and the best advice for Light and Rendering is for me
www.3Drender.com
