ArchiCAD 26 to Twinmotion not Syncing with Datasmith Plug in

We have been using ArchiCAD 23 and Twinmotion 2022.2.3 for a long time with great results, but recently upgraded to ArchiCAD 26 and it has forced us into using the "Datasmith plugin for Twinmotion".

I've been unable to get the files to sync despite multiple re-installs, testing different versions of datasmith to no avail.

If I click on the sync button in Datasmith toolbar on ArchiCAD it does absolutely nothing despite confirming there being a confirmed link status in Twinmotion.

We urgently need to export these images and this thing is costing me a lot of time and money. Any help would be really appreciated.

You should contact Epic Games about this because they are the ones developing the Datasmith Add-On so they are the ones who can do something about this.
