How to Import Colour Palette (.pal)

Hi, I've downloaded a colour palette from a paint manufacturer. It was under "Nemetschek" and is a .pal file. I understand the RAL goodie also uses a .pal file

I can't find any documentation on how to import these files.

Any idea?

I have used the link above and downloaded the RAL .pal - but cant get it to work.
