Twinmotion surface textures appear all blue and empty. Please help

I imported this file into twinmotion but surfaces seem to be blank. Both using direct link and manual import. Other features such as skydome are visible but every other texture appears blue. Anyone who knows how to fix this please?

Operating system used: Windows 2024.1.2

It's not a fundamental solution, but how about trying to export it in FBX format?

My question is why are the starting plane, cylinder and sphere blue. Looks like something is wrong with materials and surfaces. Check the screenshot.

Looks like a zdepth map. Check your preview settings.

Regarding the textures at the bottom, are the TM ones like that as well? If so, probably better of asking over on the TM forums.
