Yes... I think you're right even I cannot seem to find the mistake. &lt;BR /&gt;
But I'm new to Archicad and struggles a little with the snap points and references... so that's properly it  &lt;IMG src="https://community.graphisoft.com/legacyfs/online/emojis/icon_redface.gif" style="display : inline;" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;

Any ideas why objects applied the same material isn't always merging?&lt;BR /&gt;
The problem only seems to occur sometimes - see red markings in attached image  &lt;IMG src="https://community.graphisoft.com/legacyfs/online/emojis/icon_confused.gif" style="display : inline;" /&gt;&lt;/R&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Check your layer priority numbers in layer combinations. This is often a reason.&lt;BR /&gt;
Set all layer priority number to #1. This should allow everything to clean up properly (if materials are set correctly).</description>
