topic Where do you find information on composites and profiles - what are they, defined, described? in Visualization

<T>I am looking for information on what composites and profiles are, something that describes them, how are they used, how do you set them up in ArchiCAD for our use with templates. I understand how the surfaces can be changed (and can change them) but would be great to read why we have them, what is the intent for their use, and how do we best use them?</T>

You have a number of options to find out about composites and profiles:
1) Use the F1 key. Graphisoft has numerous free videos and help articles.
2) Go to Youtube and type "archicad composites." You will get numerous videos.
3) Get some online training, such as Eric Bobrow's courses, or Learn Virtual's. Well worth the money.
4) Get some guidance from a live trainer, such as ArchiBOOST: http://www.bim6x.com/archiboost
