This looks like 2 meshes rather than one. When adding points to the interior of a mesh, the mesh must be selected, or ArchiCAD will create a new mesh, not add points to the original mesh.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <title>Challenging  terrain</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;R&gt;I'm not sure what's wrong , but when trying to create terrain it doesn't create smooth surfaces  ,but simple 3D blocks.Is it some setting I should double check?Please look at the attachment and let me know if you have any tips. &lt;IMG src="https://community.graphisoft.com/legacyfs/online/emojis/icon_rolleyes.gif" style="display : inline;" /&gt;&lt;/R&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
