It sounds like you are opening a file from verison 9...try loading the texture folder from your previous archicad 9 library&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Very simple, you must find out the missing surface. &lt;BR /&gt;
You have used some structure-picture from outside for your material, you had to save this picture in certain file and load it.</description>
