I'm convinced. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
This water stuff is cool. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I look forward to having some time to play with it. When I did a bunch of renderings in Art*lantis for presentations the only materials we changed were glass and water and they made all the difference. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I also learned that too much reflection can look pretty strange. Even if it is real, it is not always what one &lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/S&gt;thinks&lt;E&gt;&lt;/E&gt; looks real.</description>

      <description>That is a modified [increased opacity]  LightWorks material as applied to the waterwave object - a poly mesh of adjustable amplitude - reflecting the actual background elements of the scene. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
So, unlike the old days, we didn't need to cheat.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
LightWorks allows for control of five aspects of material quality, including a sort of fuzzy blob opacity that is ideal for mapping a water surface.</description>
