Hello

I'm trying to render a sequence (but it does the same with normal rendered images), and some weird shadow artifacts appear on my walls and ceiling. It kind of seems to come from the junctions between the walls and the ceiling. They get even stranger in the bathroom.

Any idea where this comes from ?

Thanks,

You can set your rendering option to Progressive instead of what it is now

To get quick results (but with lots of noise), set the progressive mode to Pass count : 512 or 1024 (depending on your pc specs) and for final render I usually go with 2048 or 4096

i have never used maxon, but in other software more often than not you get results like this with a parameter called "shadow bias" which is in meters. if you find it here try setting it to 0.1 or 0.15

From memory, this has to do with your Global Illumination settings and your bounce settings. Think Erwin had a post about it around here somewhere...
