I don't think that there is a way to do that without modifying GDL 3D script of the window...
but often it's easier to change the point of view in the question:

Did you try to change glasses IOR in your render engine?
Maybe using IOR=1 the problem will more or less be solved!

Is there a way to augment the number of Rays/Bounces through Refractive elements?
In cinerender Options there is a function set how many refractive skins can a ray pass trough...it could be a solution

Hi,
I have a old problem in rendering on other softwares, regarding window and door glass.
The glass is made from two layers and everytime when I import and render in other software like lumion or twinmotion, the glass is not transparent. Is there any way to remove one of the glasss layers?

Sometimes I resove this problem editing the file and deleting in sketchup one glass layer, but it is a hard work.

In attached picture youwill see 3 tipes of glass. One transparent, where I deleted one layer, one light blue that is original glass, and one dark blue that I havve modifyed in sketchup just the material to.

Thank you,
Teodor
