Windows reflected in mirrors are black?

When rendering an scene with mirrors, which I do quite often as a salon designer, any time a mirror reflects a window, the window is black. Adding a background image doesn't work, and neither does placing something outside the window.

My local graphisoft support told me it was probably due to me not rendering in high quality, but it appears both in high and final qualities.

Any quick fixes or solutions?
