Archicad Rendering Pls Help

Hi guys i got an issue by rendering with archicad. when i render and got a surface that can be seen for ex through a glass wall it gets totaly black.( the surface behind the glass wall gets totaly black) i dont know how to fix this issue does anyone know? thx alot i will add one photo from this problem thx alot Octavian

Alpha transparency is not working

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
