We checked the phenomenon with testfiles and found that the issue is occurring as a result of Cinerender settings. The ray threshold and the Ray depth settings have to be adjusted.
See the Helpcenter article about this issue in order to eliminate the problem:

I believe you need to change ray treshold and depth settings to fix your issue.

Go to PhotoRendering Settings, check Detailed Settings under CineRender and then navigate to Options - General Options.

Hope that helps

So when you move the camera out side the window re-appears, correct?

Thanks for these responses. I have read the link and made the adjustments and I can now see the second window. I think I also have a little bit of an idea about what each of the 3 settings does however I still can't get a complete view. I have attached the image with the settings Threshold 18, depth 11, reflection 6. Reducing threshold further just gets the interior reflective so items from the back walls start showing up in the glass. Taking depth above 11 doesn't seem to have any impact, and I can't really see a difference in reflection either.

Hi! We have checked the file that Brad sent and all 3 windows were visible in the finished rendering, but not on the preview picture with the settings described by him in the last post.
Additional information can be found about the 3 values (Ray depth/Ray Threshold/Reflection Depth) on page 3051 of the AC18 Reference Guide (Help Menu - AC18 Reference Guide)
