Objects not rendering trough glass and Window Light

Working with ArchiCad 18 on Mac, try to create an exterior view of an interior space trough a window and a window light but i don´t get the lamps objects rendered, even when i get the light they emit. Turning the view to inside out i don´t get some objects like vehicles rendered i only get their shadow.

The objects are present in the plan view, 3d view, also in the preparing fase of the render process are showed, but when the full render is done they just disappear leaving their emitting light and/or shadows

Thanks a lot, problem solved, the Ray threshold and the Ray depth settings had to be adjusted. For me worked with Ray Threshold=30 and Ray Deph=10
