Material texture seams? what's been your best fix?

getting some material seams when I export to BIMx file.
what would be the best way to edit/revise my material to 'not' have the seam as seen in the image.

You can align the texture, moving the origin to see if the seam moves outside the extents wall.

Otherwise you'll need to either scale the texture applied to the surface or load a different one that spans the whole wall - and then some.
