topic Objects missing through glass AC 18 in Visualization

<R>All

Interesting scenario. As image attached shows I have some objects of cars (converted from 3ds to gsm via AC17) they appear there in the preparation stage and model space but in the final render only shadows show??? Yet standard bollards are rendered fine

Have changed render detail setting from low to final (details) and changed glass transparency but no luck.

Any suggestions as to where to look???</R>

The answer is the ray depth was too low. Sorry should have read the manual further.

Approx value of 5 for one 'pane' of glass.

Approx value of 10 for two 'panes' of glass
