How do I make a Lightscape colored rendering of my floor plan with materials, etc?

I assume you mean LightWorks (Lightscape was bought by Autodesk some years ago).

For a rendered floor plan set the 3D view mode to orthographic and top view.

When I follow those directions I get the Site Plan / Roof Plan view in Rendering, not the Floor Plan view in color rendering...?

Use the marquee (lightweight) around the plan of the level you are interested in then use f5 to go to the 3D window.

Same Results with "Show Marque Selection in 3D"...Rendered Roof Plan, not Floor Plan selected..?
