Adding notations to rendered perspective

I'm trying to either Photorender a 3D Document (is that possible?) or somehow add text and leaders to a rendered perspective.

I found another thread with a similar question:

but I still need help.

I've looked through the forums and ArchiCAD help but don't see any answers.

Is the only way to do this with a photo editing program? If so, I tried that today and got lousy results. Any clues on how to do this? Or where I could find a tutorial online for this?

Make a worksheet, drawing or a view or something.

Place the rendering as a 'figure.'

Annotate.
