topic dwf layout is offset in dwf viewer in Collaboration with other software

<T>I use publisher to create DWF's to send to the engineers. When I open these DWF's with "autodesk dwf viewer" the layout is often offset. The drawing itself is not adjusted exactly on top of the printing window.
How can I adjust that?
Thank you.</T>
