Apparently it can't be done!
David Shorter from GS Tech Support Aus confirmed it on Friday!

Not cool at all!!

Use a Model View Option (MVO) associated with your view for the schedule to determine if it appears shaded or as linework only. See attached screenshot to turn the fills off.

Cheers,
Glad to have helped. To be honest, at least 3 beta testers reported the behavior you saw as a bug, but were then told of this Model View Option. One person noted at the time that no mention of this behavior was in the reference guide or help. So, pass the word. <E>😉</E>
I'd say bug.
What has the elevation view of an object got to do with the cut fills in Model View Options?
The 3D shaded view / hidden / wire frame option would be a more obvious switch I would think?
I am just theorizing here but maybe the reason they put it in the MVO Dialog is because it gives greater control.
For example, if you choose the Solid Foreground radio button in the MVO Dialog, Door frames and sashes are shaded but not the glass.
If you select the No Fill radio button, nothing is shaded.

It is a great idea but GS should have created a new MVO setting for it.
Cut fills control isn't very logical.
Local reseller should maybe create a simple clean Schedule MVO with the next hotfix (it's a one minute job to do it for yourself but I don't believe in doing it yourself...). I also had to think twice before getting it was in the MVO settings. It's however pretty logical when you think of it.

Btw I'm very happy with the annotation. Adding the possibility to annotate manually to the automatic annotation is very smart from the GS people! There is no standard in how an annotated schedule should look like in Sweden but I think we can come closer to a de facto standard with AC13.

I'm tempted to sit down with pen and paper and redraw the whole MVO settings window. It's very powerful but not very obvious....hmmm...
