topic MEP Routing Palette Unavailable in Collaboration with other software

<T>We are an office of 8 users, sharing a single MEP Modeler license from the network. At times, after enabling the MEP license and loading the MEP Work Environment, the MEP Routing Palette remains gray (is unavailable) from the menu.

Anyone else experience this and know how to make routing available? Thanks.</T>
