I'm fairly new to archicad and still figuring my way around. I'm trying to import quite an organic shape from sketchup into archicad 11 and am having some trouble. I've downloaded the add on software and followed the pdf file.. but when i import it automatically, it brings up the library report and says missing zone stamps. If I remember correctly after importing you can either have to place the object (click on the chair icon) or verify that AC processed all the objects by checking the 3D view.
