Mr. Kreienbrink you are very self-assured... I put yesterday a very basic IFC problem, about window's reveal and actually, nobody seems to have an obvious answer. Do you? link

<T>Hi All,

I am administering a rather large building, and we are running into some problems. Half of our team is on Mac, and the other half is on PC. There are a variety of XREFs and Hotlinks in a teamwork file, yet they show up as unable to be found... this is because of the way Mac and Windows address the location of files on the Network.

It isn't pragmatic for us to be constantly re-linking things every time we open the files, so what are the options here? I would love it if someone could give me the name of a person at Graphisoft whom I might talk to about this - we have a subscription for 25 licenses and expect some level of support from Graphisoft themselves. What is the best way to get their attention?</T>
