This could be easier than it is.

Graphisoft has now hidden the 'add object parameters' functionality into a drop-down menu that appears when you click the triangle in the attached screenshot. So that's step 1...

(Users of older versions of AC will see an "Add additional parameters" button.)

Step 2 is to display used objects (easier to find things) and find one of your windows ... and hope that the library uses the same params for all windows in your schedule (most often the case - but not always)...

Then, scroll through the seemingly RANDOM list of 100's of parameters to find the "Cost" parameter that you want to schedule.

If finding the word "Cost" isn't fast for you (I missed it the first time through!) - then scroll through looking for floating point number parameters - they will be shown with the icon on the attached screenshot that looks like an x/y axis with a line through it to help visually filter the non-alphabetical list of parameters.

Then just select it and add it to your scheduled parameters.

Edit/PS: My screenshots are for the US version and library. The IT/INT libraries will display differently.

You can find that parameter in "Add Object Parameters"..... in the next pop-up window find the COST parameter for the windows (Library.../Windows...).
Very similar with the ancient List schemes... Three screenshots for you. Step 1 here.
But where's the icon to have possibility to sum the cost according to the quantity? (Σ = sigma greek letter)

Lists are a totally different animal than schedules. Nothing is as easy, like clicking on sigma, as in the interactive schedule scheme setup. Only look into Lists if a schedule won't do what you need.

For a window/door schedule, I cannot think of a reason to use a List rather than a Schedule.
