Archicad to Google Earth

Hello all, i'm trying to send my 3d model to google earth from archicad 11, which i have done several times before. for some reason now, my model is showing as loading in the "places" box to the left hand side of google earth but when it finally says its loaded it isn't showing anything, i have checked the altitude and have set "clamped to ground" but with no luck. when i click properties of my 3d model in google earth a transparent yellow box appears where my model is supposed to be implying it is there.

any ideas where i'm going wrong?

where can I find instructions on how to do this? export an archicad file into Google Earth??

Go to the Google Earth plugin download page, it is explained there.

Note that the plugins don't work with the newest Google Earth. You need version 5.
