<R>Does anyone know of a system out there that would allow me to operate a CAD solution purely online. Im pretty sure the capabilities to do this whether through Ajax or other programmable solutions are not possible at the moment however i was interested if there are any white-papers from Bentley, Graphisoft, or Autodesk with the future potential to base the software online

cheers </R>

This is the wave of the future (but not the present that I'm aware of) However, screen sharing programs (available on Windows and Mac) don't care what the application on the screen is (Excel, Keynote or CAD).

Hi Bryan,

Did you see the article in AEC magazine last month? You might find it interesting if you hadn't.
When anybody makes all inclusive statements like:
"We all know that ‘everything is going online’"

Watch out!
It's a trap!
