Specification of works plug-in for AC?

Hi everyone,
I need to do the specification of works for a residential project in AC. I was wondering if there's any plug-in software that does that, or a program I could easily export to from AC12/AC13?

At the moment we're using a spreadsheet, which is not really ideal for that.

I've also found some articles about the "Construction Simulation" tool for AC10, which looks like something I could really use.

However, I have no idea where to find it for AC12/13. Has anyone ever used it?

in the Help menu, there is a link called "Goodies ArchiCAD" for Archicad12 and "ArchiCAD downloads" for Archicad13 . Click there & you'll have access to download them through a webpage.

Thanks! I found it and tried it, but I pretty much need to use Microsoft Project with it to create work progress diagrams.

Any other options?

I noticed there was a GDL based solution created for a competition on this page -

I haven't used it myself, and I've no idea if it even works with the latest version of ArchiCAD, but give it a go anyway!
