Can some one post up the setting they are using? i have been trying to export my file over to the structural engineer using Revit and can he is getting lots of errors?

You have to sit together and work it out ... just exporting and importing never works to the full satisfaction.

well can some one give me a direction to start in? i have printed the IFC 2x3 guide and starting to read through, but why reinvent the wheel if someone has already gone through all this.

Hi,

Start with the default values, they work pretty well for us between Archicad and Revit Structure.
