    <description>You won't be able to open Autocad 2008 drawings on Archicad 9. I think you will need Archicad 11 for that.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Is anyone having trouble w/ opening autocad 2008 DWGs?  I had a surveyor save it down to Autocad 2004 - but when it opens the file is empty even thought the original DWG is 3M.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Still on Archicad 9 (  $$$  =[ )&lt;BR /&gt;
any suggestions?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Not sure about that , but AC11 supposed to open ACAD 2007 , but 2008? &lt;IMG src="https://community.graphisoft.com/legacyfs/online/emojis/icon_rolleyes.gif" style="display : inline;" /&gt;</description>

Yeah, you're right. AC11 only opens Autocad 2008.</description>
