No. Still can't calculate the surface of a zone with the AC14 zone .gsm objects if thats what you mean.

You will have to do some .gdl scripting for that. Why? I have no idea.

You can calculate the surface area of the walls in a zone but that may not be the same as the surface of the zone if your zone is taller than the walls for some reason.
There are of course other ways to find the surface of the zone indirectly.

<T>In AC12 & AC13, it calculates the 'Wall Surface Area' parameter of the Zone as per the Height of the surrounding walls.

Is there any way to get the Surface area of the sides of Zones ?

(Whether In AC14 , it calculates the 'Wall Surface Area' parameter of the Zone as per the Height Zone itself, may be they have resolved it in AC14)</T>

I have tested the 'Walls surface' parameter of the Zone element in AC14.
It shows the area of the Zone's side surfaces (for the ONLY FACES WHICH TOUCH THE WALLS)

The difference in versions is:
->In AC12 & AC13 it Measures the Surface area of the Walls for the total height of Walls (not for the height of Zones).
->In AC14 it Measures the Surface area of the walls for the Height of the zones; so ultimately this way it gives us the Area of the Zones side surface.

The condition in all the versions is 'the Zone must have Adjoining walls'.
