Do you have some techniques allowing ArchiCAD users to export faces and edges to SketchUp without exploding them ?

I don't know that there is any option other than what happens now. Sketchup is a surface modeler, but because it does have components, it would be nice if surfaces that are part of an element or object in AC became a group or component in the exported skp file. Perhaps start a wish for what you'd like to see Martin? If so, it would go in the Publishing Wishes forum:
It would be interesting that Graphisoft develops, much more, the SketchUp Export Options of ArchiCAD. This can help architects, like me, to be more productive compared to some consultants based all over the world using, specifically, SketchUp and AutoCAD.

By investing a lot of time today to seek a solution to my issue, I conclude that the best way to export the 3D ArchiCAD Models to SketchUp is to save those said models, firstly, on 3DStudio File (*.3DS).

In fact, click on the related translator as designed for that. Now, go to SketchUp, click File and then import the 3DStudio File as saved from ArchiCAD. Use the SketchUp translator as well and then process...

Once done, an entire component will be displayed. The last one can be exploded subsequently according to your need. Now that you have the possibility to work with appropriate Faces and Edges on SketchUp !

From my perspective it is even more critical to be able to properly IMPORT the sketchup model back in.
From my best effort, the only way I was able to open or import a sketch up file was as a single object. I successfully exported my model to a sketch up user, who then contributed the hardscape elements. When he re-shared the file back to me I had to convert the whole model to morph objects, copy out the elements I needed then re-construct and clean up all the triangulation.
ArchiCAD needs a "de-triangulate" function to clean up the slop that imports from sketch up.

You may try the

Design\Modify Morph\Smooth & Merge Faces

or the

Design\Modify Morph\Modify Segmentation

command to decrease the segmentation of the Morph surfaces.
