I have a project which originated in AC 12, i have converted it in AC 13 and i have used the oriented view new feature to rotate the floor plans.
Now when i publish to dwg with any of the translators two things happen:

If the "Save layout into Paper space with cropped view content" option is selected, then the resulting dwg, has serious parts missing. By missing i mean a whole area where walls, zones etc used to be, is completely blank.

If the "Save layout into Paper space with full view content" option is selected, then the dwg, has its full content as it should, BUT a lot of thing are not rotated correctly. For example zone names, door markers etc.

Anyone has encountered the same problem.
I know the answer will be "Use the full view content", but this creates huge files.

Not what you want to hear, but I have the same problem. Layouts with rotated views lose information. Same with published views that have been rotated.
I've had to save the whole view, not cropped.

Just found this problem. Cant beleive it and still not fixed since your post back in January. Was it ever reported to GS. How can we work collaboratively when dwgs are rotated and moved from the origin by the rotation!!!!

This needs to be fixed NOW.
