topic 3DS In Limitations? in Collaboration with other software

<T>Hello,

Anyone else run into problems when using the 3ds-in add-on to import a file with a large number of meshes?

I'm using Rhino to create a series of simple meshes arrayed along a curve. The meshes themselves are simple, but there are lots of them (around 100). When I export to 3ds and import into Archicad, nothing seems to come through. I can however perform the same operation by exporting multiple times selecting about 20 meshes at one time...but this takes a while and I end up with a lot of .gsm objects where I should only need one.

Anyone else run into this sort of problem? And is there any other way of doing this?

Thanks</T>
