Changing Door orientation value in Door list- how?

The door orientation field returns L or R, depending on the door.

Is it possible to change these values with custom ones, tu suit our locale?

Sure.
You need to open the GDL script for the door and then press the "DETAILS" button.

But be aware if you are using the default Archicad library then this will be replaced back to defaults if you ever upgrade the library.
You will need to "Save As" with a different name and create your own custom library.

I wish I could save the new door inside the 'archicad14 library.lcf' file.

Would this be ok?:
1. extract the 'archicad library . lcf' in a new folder
2. open GDL script
3. modify GDL script
4. save and overwrite the object in the new folder
5. unload the lcf library, load the new folder as library
6. create container from the new folder.
7. replace the default lcf

If you customize the library it would be better to keep it as a separate copy and load that instead of the default. Otherwise any changes will be overwritten by future updates. Another approach is to save any customized parts into an office library. Adding your initials (or the company's) to the file name helps keep things straight.
