Happy with Cigraph

I'm pretty unhappy with the service Cigraph. I was thinking about buying ArchiWall. As I saw that Italy they sold archisuite I send them a contacts form February 6 day and i have no answer them I sent an email on 11 February with the same result. I finally bought "ArchiWall. Last week they sent me an email to tell me they were going to sell archisuite. I send an email saying what happened and they said "they should have lost emails" and nothing else. I'm very happy with the plugins but unhappy with the service...

I'm very sorry about the problems you found with our service! Natasha will contact you with an offer you will find acceptable.

Unfortunately when we decided to unify all our plug-ins into a single package, the ArchiSuite, we couldn't coordinate all the countries to follow us in the same time. So in some countries we had to go on selling the single plug-ins, and in others we started immediately selling ArchiSuite. This brought to some confusions in some cases.

I'm very happy to read that you are satisfied with our solutions and I promise we will follow up also with the service level.

At the end everything fixed. They have contacted me and offered me the update for free. Many thanks, Istvan Toth, as we said I'm very happy with the cigraph plugins (archistair make my life easier...) and now i'm a satisfied customer. Many thanks again.
