C4D 13 Plug In

Dear All,
I am a user of C4D13 and Archicad 15 .... I just install the last plug in from graphisoft but it's not working well .... the geometry it's exported perfectly but when i made some change in Archicad and i merge in c4d the new model I louse the mapping material at all project and i have to restart from the biggining. I tray to speck with Cigraph (Italian distributor) but they don't know how the plug in works ....

THE PLUG IN NOT WORKING WELL .... PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW COMMUNICATE THIS PROBLEM TO GRAPHISOFT ... MY LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR (CIGRAPH) THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM ...

If your local reseller cannot handle the problem they are usually supposed to forward it to Graphisoft for handling.
I will also report this to Graphisoft.
