Schedule Criteria

Hello all,

I have a question relating to the Criteria section of the Scheme Settings dialogue box.

Attached is a screen shot of my settings. Now I would think that only items with the listed Element ID's AND that are on the listed layers would appear in the schedule.

Problem is that I am getting other library parts which are on the same layer, say Beams.Opt 2, but with different Element ID's showing up in the schedule.

What am I missing?

Also, anybody else need to add a Criteria before they can edit existing criteria in the list, and thus having to delete the new unwanted one?

You need to use the parentheses to reorder your conditions.

What you are getting is the default:

((a OR b OR c OR d) AND x) OR y

It seems that what you are looking for is:

(a OR b OR c OR d) AND (x OR y)

I had tried the parentheses around the entire formula, and also with them just around the first part, but I had not tried the two sets of parentheses!!!
