There used to be a software that could do something like this, Plan2Model.

The best way is to open the DWG in ArchiCAD - or, better, place it is an external drawing - and build the house using ArchiCAD tools with the DWG as the underlay reference.

<T>Hello,
I have a file, in autocad format with dwg extenssion, that represents a floor plan for a house. I want, if it possible to import dwg file and archicad automatically rebuild the house in 3D.
Can someone to tell me, the easy way to rebuild the house (with wall, windows, doors, etc) from the dwg file ?

Thanks</T>

Thank you,
I try, File-> File Special-> Merge. Everything is OK, but my question is: there is a way, something like magic wand, to rebuild columns, or wall from fills?

Thanks again

Yes, magic wand can be used. It depends on the AutoCAD file.

It is better to place as external drawing, and then trace over it.
