CAD Image custom door panels not available since v.18

Since I have upgraded to V.18 my custom door panels in CAD Image are no longer available. Has anyone encountered this or have any suggestions?

Yes, same issue here. I tried to contact them with a similar screenshot, but have been unable. I know their site just underwent an update, so maybe that's the reason. I have always found their support to be top-notch.

Well that is both a bummer and good news-
if everyone has the problem who know how long it will take to fix something big like that
But- at the same time better that it is not an isolated incident on my end that know one will be able to figure out!

Cadimage just contacted me and confirmed that they know of the problem and are working on it.

Well, there is Bentley with MicroStation, but Bentley is big in infrastructure AFAIK, less emphasis on AEC on their part.

I saved my file out of teamwork as a solo project and res-hared it, and now they seem to work just fine.

The latest Cadimage upgrade fixed the custom leaf problem.
