I downloaded the font, installed into the font folder and restarted the Mac but when I open the .pla file (I extracted elements to a folder) I can only see rectangles for each individual letter. Even odder, in the elevation/section marker's font selection window it looks like the word 'CityBlueprint' has been converted to Greek. The font selection window for Type and Dimensions shows up as a string of question marks in brackets. The dimensions have the feet and inch numerals but the ' and " markers come up as greek letters.
