Intelligent Text box feature in ArchiCAD ?

Looking to place an interactive box like the publish box or the issue box, that can be controlled with an interactive schedule custom created.

Any ideas ?

From these two lines of text it is kind of hard to understand exactly what you would like to achieve.
Do you mean when you create a Sheet Index? There Layouts have the Published and Issued parameter which appear as checkboxes in the Sheet Index.
However, it is not possible to create such a parameter. There are 10 Custom Text fields that can be included in a Sheet Index, but none of them is a checkbox, they re all text field in which you can type text in the Schedule.
But there is no checkbox option here.

Perhaps this item goes into the wish list department.

Yes, Published and Issue Schedules have a box, that when the operation has been preformed the SYSTEM / PROGRAM SUB_ROUTINE automatically checks of the box.

One is looking to have this same interactivity, based on user definitions, for instance marking a particular table / schedule of an item that wants to be checked off / X'ed out. See screenshot.

My review of documentation has produced nothing.
Perhaps this clarifies the intent of the request.

No, have not used project reviewer, and now after looking at the feature, I do not see where there is a subroutine available to put into a scheme / project index...

My intent is to have a check box inside a project index and/or a scheme list, that when checked, checks all appropriate boxes though-out the database..

If I have missed something with Project Reviewer let me know....thanks!

I think you will not be able to get a checkbox on Sheet Indexes, because
1. It is not possible to add custom Layout parameters to projects.
2. Even if it was possible, these custom parameters are usually text parameters, not boolean (True-False, like a checkbox) parameters.
