I usually create an Index per consultant so that means that I have Layout Masters for each one. If you want only one index then use the Layout Master as one of the columns and select the option to merge same items to get the title.

what does that entail? creating an "index per consultant"?
and how does it look once you place it on the layouts?

SO.....here's the look I'm trying to achieve.
I simply did this by copying, moving down and splitting up the index into three views.....top = title and description only, discipline headings (done with text only) and the body of the index (coming from the index itself) but how do I format the entire index to produce "THIS" result?

• Subset has to be the first item.
• The use the headers option to select the first one as Headline (see attached)
